Returns

Returns of tagged, skeined yarn will be accepted within 14 days of receipt (4 weeks for international orders). Sorry, no exchanges. 

Please mail the item to:

Please include order number and reason for return.

If you change your mind about your yarns, we will gladly refund the purchase price minus shipping costs to your original form of payment. (We reserve the right to retain 20% for a restocking fee.) We cannot accept yarns purchased from our stockists. Those skeins must be returned to the shop where they were purchased.

If we made a mistake in your order, we will refund the shipping cost to cover your return shipment, and we will ship your replacement skein(s) for free.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like to insure your package, let us know right away, and we will send another invoice for the insurance cost. The customer assumes responsibility for any mistakes made entering the shipping address.

Order Changes

We cannot make any adjustments to your order once it has been processed. Please double check your cart before clicking through payment.
