Processing time for online orders is approximately 1-3 days. *High demand special releases can result in longer processing time.*

We now offer options for carrier and shipping speed. Rates are set by the carriers and are subject to increases. 
Please note:  Once your package has shipped, it is not possible for us to intercept or accelerate delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
We can no longer combine orders for shipment.
Incorrect Delivery Address or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your carrier delivering to the wrong address, or for stolen packages. The customer assumes responsibility for any mistakes made entering the shipping address.

If you would like to insure your package or add signature confirmation, let us know right away, and we will send a separate invoice for the insurance cost. Insured packages will require a signature for delivery, so be sure to follow tracking so that you are home on the delivery date. 

Can I expedite my order?
At checkout, you can choose between USPS Ground Advantage (slower) and Priority Mail (faster). Estimated transit times for USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail reflect USPS’s shipping times, not our speed of order fulfillment.

All orders are fulfilled chronologically, so paying extra for priority shipping will not bump you to the front of the queue. It will make your package move faster only once it is in the hands of USPS. 

While we strive to get orders out the door within 2-3 days, a high volume of orders may cause fulfillment delays. If you are leaving for vacation, moving, or wanting your order in time for a birthday or holiday, we encourage you to plan accordingly. Our small but mighty shipping team thanks you!

ATTENTION: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. We CANNOT falsify the value of the contents of your package, and deliveries that are returned for refusal to pay duties are not eligible for a refund.
We are now using DHL as our primary carrier for international orders, due to their consistently fast and accurate shipping. Rates vary depending on location. Rates are set by DHL and not by us and are subject to change.
